1. About Us

Katerina Kolberg ("we", "us", "our") is a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) registered in Norway under organization number 916265514, with registered business address at Hakaleina 14, 3470 Slemmestad, Norway. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Course Access

Upon successful purchase, you are granted unlimited access to the course, for as long as the course is offered by us. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred to any other person or account.

3. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) and equivalent EU/EEA consumer protection rules. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day period, and we will refund the full purchase price without undue delay.

After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds outside of this legal withdrawal period.

4. Discontinuation of the Course

We may, at our sole discretion, modify, update, or discontinue the course at any time. If we decide to permanently discontinue the course, we will notify all enrolled students by email at least six (6) months before access ends.

Upon discontinuation, enrolled students will be given the opportunity to download all course materials that are available in downloadable formats (including but not limited to JPG and PDF files) at the time of notice, at no additional cost, before access ends.

5. Intellectual Property, Templates, and Course Content

All course content — including videos, written materials, images, outlines, reference designs, and downloadable templates — is owned by Katerina Kolberg and protected by copyright.

You may use the outlines, templates, and reference materials provided in the course to create your own artwork for personal use, learning, and gifting, and any finished artwork you create by following the course is yours to keep, use, and share.

You may not, however: resell, mass-produce, license, or commercially distribute our original templates, outlines, or reference designs themselves; sell reproductions or prints that directly copy our proprietary templates or reference designs without meaningful personal transformation; or screen-record, download (beyond what is explicitly provided), copy, reproduce, or redistribute the course videos or written materials themselves.

6. Eligibility

This course is intended for adults. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enroll.

7. No Guarantee of Results

This course is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, skill level, or income from your participation in the course.

8. Use of Student Work in Marketing

We may occasionally ask to feature your finished artwork, testimonials, or feedback in our marketing materials, including our website, social media, and promotional emails, with credit to you where appropriate. Participation is always optional, and you may decline or request removal of any previously shared material at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of this course is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of the course materials, including any unauthorized resale or distribution of our templates, outlines, or content.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, in addition to these Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes materially affect enrolled students, we will notify you by email. Continued access to the course after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
